‘World’s first fully AI-driven architectural project unveiled
17 March 2025
A UK-based architecture company has revealed what it claims to be the world’s first fully Artificial Intelligence-driven Architectural project.

Studio Tim Fu is working on a project at Lake Bled, Slovenia, which spans an 22,000m² site and comprises six new ultra-luxury villas alongside the historic Vila Epos, a protected cultural monument of the highest national significance.
It was designed by renowned Slovenian architect Jože Plečnik in 1909.
“AI is igniting a revolution in design. By tapping into the creative potential of machine intelligence, we can bring this groundbreaking development to life with unmatched speed and precision, said Tim Fu.
AI was used in the early design phase to analyse the context, scale, style, and materiality of traditional Slovenian typologies.
The firm said that rather than reducing human involvement, AI freed architects to focus on more human-centric design and this shift in thinking moves beyond AI’s usual limitations, allowing for more thoughtful, efficient design.
“This is the first time AI has been this extensively embedded in the architectural process, from prototyping design to optimising for heritage and environment, added Rada Daleva, Project Lead at Studio Tim Fu.
