Epiroc initially acquired a 53% majority stake in Radlink in 2022 and has now secured the remaining shares, bringing its ownership to 100%.

Headquartered in Perth, Australia, Radlink designs, delivers, and integrates wireless data and voice communication networks, along with supporting infrastructure for both surface and underground mines.

Epiroc says that reliable wireless networks are essential for advancing mining automation, facilitating safe and driverless operations through autonomous and teleremote solutions.

鈥淭he innovative team at Radlink is already an integral part of Epiroc, and together we are bringing advanced connectivity solutions to mining customers,鈥 says Helena Hedblom, Epiroc鈥檚 President and CEO.

鈥淲e look forward to continue providing mining companies with the right digital solutions to strengthen their operations.鈥
