The initial models to be released include the L150, L180, L200 High Lift, L220, and L260.

The new lineup represents the third major product refresh that Volvo CE has implemented in the past year, following the launches of new excavators and articulated dump trucks.

鈥淭hese loaders are a big step forward in technology and design,鈥� said Eric Yeomans, product manager at Volvo CE, adding that their launches over the past year have been 鈥渜uite ambitious.鈥�

The latest wheeled loaders introduce several updates aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity. New load-sensing hydraulics enhance responsiveness and allow for faster lifting and lowering. Automatic bucket levelling 鈥� available from both dump and curl positions 鈥� along with an Auto Bucket Fill function that automates throttle, lift, and tilt settings, helps achieve consistent fills.

A fuel-efficient engine mode known as Smart Control is activated by default upon startup. It can reduce fuel consumption by up to 4%, depending on conditions, without significantly affecting productivity, according to Volvo CE. The machines are also compatible with hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO).

Several enhancements have been introduced to support operational safety. Volvo Smart View, an optional 360-degree camera system, and an upgraded collision mitigation system can help operators navigate job sites with greater awareness. The collision system can issue alerts even when reversing at low speeds (starting from 0.3 mph / 0.5 km/h).

A suite of digital tools is also available to support operators and fleet managers and the loaders are also compatible with ActiveCare Direct, a telematics service that provides continuous monitoring and diagnostic insights for maintenance planning and fleet optimisation.
