Jim Kessler, chief operating officer of Ritchie Bros., has been named to the additional role of president. Canada-headquartered Ritchie Bros. is known for its construction equipment auctions, a global marketplace for transactions.

In addition to chief operating officer, Jim Kessler is now president of Ritchie Bros.

Jim Kessler has more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions, including those of president, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer. He holds an undergraduate degree and MBA from Saint Joseph鈥檚 University in Pennsylvania, USA.
