The powerful hydrodemolition robot has on board the company鈥檚 patented Infinity system, which controls the figure-8 oscillation of the machine鈥檚 water jet, down to the millisecond, allowing it to remove more concrete in a single pass.

According to Aquajet, the enhanced water control also eliminates the risk of pipe holes, reduces shadowing and leaves an excellent bonding surface.

More technology that comes as a standard feature with the 750V is Aquajet鈥檚 Evolution 3.0 Control System, which automatically calculates optimal settings for lance motion, for greater precision.

Aquajet says the new machine boasts enhanced horizontal, vertical and overhead reach, allowing it to undertake tasks including bridge and road repair.

A robotic revolution

As with the company鈥檚 other Aqua Cutter robots, the 750V has the potential to clean and descale rebar without causing microfracturing.

The company鈥檚 managing director Roger Simonsson, said that, for Aquajet, 鈥淚nfinity oscillation is the next technological evolution, and it is changing how hydrodemolition contractors think about productivity.
