Cemex Ventures said it compiled the list through the lens of four strategic focus areas: sustainability, efficiency, agility and disruption.

鈥淭he startups featured in this year鈥檚 Top 50 Contech Startups list hail from around the global,鈥� Cemex Ventures said, noting that international investment in construction technology has ticked up with each subsequent listing.

鈥淟ast year, contech investment totalled US$3.1 billion across 325 deals, marking an approximate 38% increase in the number of deals.鈥�

The value of the aggregate was up 2.3% from 2023 to 2024.
