Top-performing 2025 US construction contractors revealed
18 February 2025
US-based Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) released its list of 2025 Top Performers among its 23,000-plus membership of builders and contractors. Take a look at who earned the pole position.

ABC鈥檚 list 鈥 now in its seventh annual iteration 鈥 recognises a top contractor in the following work types: general, trade, electrical, plumbing/HVAC, speciality and special designations.
The trade organisation also honours companies in specific market sectors, from airports to government to health care, infrastructure, and residential (just to name a few).
鈥淭he seventh annual ABC Top Performers lists include diverse merit shop businesses large and small, from women-, veteran- and minority-owned businesses and service-disabled firms to disadvantaged business enterprises across the country,鈥 ABC said.
Michael Bellaman, ABC CEO, explained some of the criteria for the competition and expanded on its purpose.
鈥淐ompetition is a healthy constant in the ever-evolving world of construction, and these companies believe fair and open competition based on merit fosters innovation, increases value and delivers results for the betterment of the individual, the industry and the nation,鈥 Bellaman said.
