Norway-based Nordic Bulk is a supplier of bulk material processing plants to the aggregates and mining sectors, to which it also provides wearable parts and servicing support. 

According to CDE, the agreement aims to maximise productivity, minimise waste鈥� and meet the growing demand for 鈥渞esponsive, proactive and preventative鈥� aftersales services across Scandinavia.

The company said it 鈥渞ecognised the requirement for more engineers on the ground and the holding of spare parts in market to ensure timely delivery and a reliable aftersales service鈥�.

The agreement will see Nordic Bulk鈥檚 service engineers work alongside CDE鈥檚 CustomCare division to provide a faster service turnaround and quicker delivery of spare parts.

The CustomCare team will provide Nordic Bulk鈥檚 service engineers with 鈥渆xtensive and ongoing training鈥�, which will focus on CDE鈥檚 equipment and technology, to help the team gain a deeper understanding of its services.鈥�

The new partnership between the two companies builds on a longstanding relationship. CDE and Nordic Bulk have worked on numerous projects together, the latest of which is the upcoming installation of a major new waste recycling plant in Norway.
