We are beginning our business with just two guestrooms, but have the option of having a third
guestroom available when necessary. Both of the initial guestrooms, Treehaven and
Cobb Hill, are in our new building; a carriage house behind the original lodge cabin. Both rooms are spacious and charming -- decorated in a woodsy camp style reminiscent of the Maine camp you may have visited as a child...or wish you had! No matter how you spend your day, you will look forward to returning to your very special and comfortable off-grid room -- and a great night's sleep at Williams Pond Lodge! |
| Both rooms are on the upper level of the carriage house, above a sweet screened porch which looks out to the pond and is bordered by a seasonal stream and woods on one side. Both rooms have a queen size bed, private bathroom (no tub, but over sized shower -- with a skylight!), gas fireplace, ceiling fan, platform rocker, dresser/desk, ample closet and 5 windows with beautiful views into our woods and across the pond. Both rooms also have a private entrance on the back of the building
which opens out onto an Adirondack style back porch complete with timber posts and beams, rustic
cedar railings, rockers, and views to the woods. |

The rate for each room ranges seasonally from $120 to $155 (plus 7% Maine State tax) per
night, based on double occupancy. Minimum stays may be required at certain times of year. |
